Chuck Roast Stew
Warm up with a hearty bowl of beef stew!
A hearty bowl of tender beef stew is one of my favorite winter day meals. Within the rich, beefy broth are chunks of carrots, celery, mushroom and perfectly tender pieces of beef that fall apart in your mouth. The ingredients are simple, but the resulting stew is like non other. It just might be the single best cold-weather supper ever
